Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases where an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
If you believe you received an incorrect or defective item, you must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue. Please include clear photos of the item, including the size tag and packaging.
We are unable to process refunds, replacements, or claims without prior contact and verification of the issue. Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may delay resolution, as we are committed to addressing all customer concerns directly and efficiently.
